What is the custom request policy?
All custom requests are to be made 10 days before the date that you'd like to receive them by, not your event. 10 days for all jewelry, show sticks and other products. Up to 20 days for out of stock items. In order for us to create our jewelry and other products in time for your special event, allow us enough time to get the materials in stock. Prepayment is required before any customization request.

How much to ship?
Shipping for an order is around $2-$6 depending on weight. All items will ship with delivery confirmation. All jewelry is around $2 and handbags and wallets ship for $5-$6.

What are our Returns Policy?
ALL SALES FINAL ON EVERYTHING!
The only way a return will be made is if the product arrived defective. Defective is defined as: "a broken product upon arrival". Then, an exchange for another product or store credit will be made. No refund will be issued.
Shipping for a return is FOB- meaning Free On Board, the buyer pays for the shipping for the item to be returned to us.
Jewelry Repairs:
We will repair any of our own jewelry for a fee of $2-$5 and up depending on the materials. You send it to us and we'll send it back to you, repaired without the shipping fees. All jewelry within 10 days of purchase will be repaired for free.
